Wiki Version:
This project includes **3 related systematic review projects** which investigate the literature on Transgenic models of Alzheimer's disease. These reviews were designed and conducted as part of an IMI funded consortia project, European Quality in Preclinical Data ([EQIPD][1]). To ensure we captured all relevant research, and to enable us to update these reviews in future, we implemented automation tools into the systematic review process such as machine-assisted screening of publications for inclusion, and text-mining to classify papers by outcome measure(s). In future, by continuing to build on these approaches, we aim to enable truly "living" (largely automated and continually updated) systematic reviews within the Alzheimer's literature. There are currently 3 components in the project - Protocol for our pilot "living" systematic review approach - Results from our screening and categorisation of research papers - Indivdudal protocols for each systematic review project [1]: https://quality-preclinical-data.eu//quality-preclinical-data.eu/,
