a package whose main object is a wrapper function accepting a
call sequence as it would appear in any regression modelling
frameword, together with the name of the regression modelling
function. Used to recode the dataset to handle missings in one
of two specific ways-- either as a new dummy category or by
throwing missings into the referent category.
