Contains all analysis scripts for reproducing the results and figures reported for Experiment 1. - `analysis_results_figures.R` is the main analysis script. It requires the bianry data file `exp1_data_prepared.rda` and the `helper_functions.R`. - The first part contains the code for fitting all models. The fitted models are saved in `true_model_selection.rda` (models for model selection) and `models_true.rda` (HIT model) and can also be loaded instead of refitting the model each time (note that fitting may take quite some time and may require lots of RAM). - Script for producing the model selection table, - analysis of the HIT model, - script for producing figures of predicted responses. - `figures.R` requires the binary data file `exp1_data_prepared.rda` and produces the plots of the observed data as well as the histogram of response frequencies.
