# **Abstract** --- #### **Instrument Origins** See [CEI Survey Protocol][1]. #### **Participant Selection** Participants were obtained from a purposive sample of county child welfare, child mental health, and juvenile justice systems leaders. - Participants in the CDT meetings included representatives of intermediary organizations, the treatment developer, and county child welfare, child mental health, and juvenile justice systems leaders. - Participants in the web-based survey included system leaders, supervisors, and administrators #### **Administration** Single web-based administration, taking approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. #### **Analysis of Survey Technical Characteristics** Exploratory factor analyses, Principal Axis Factoring (PAF) with Promax oblique rotation, parallel analysis, Cronbach’s alpha, corrected item total correlation tests, item analyses (including examination of inter-item correlations and alpha if item removed), Spearman rho correlations, and multivariate analyses using linear and binary logistic regression. #### **Analysis of Relationships of Survey Results to Other Variables** Demographic characteristics (gender, age, ethnicity, highest level of education, type of agency), CAL-OH Study treatment condition (Individualized Implementation Strategy (IND) or Community Development Teams (CDT)), Evidence-based practice attitude scale (EBPAS), Organizational Social Context (OSC) measure, the Structured Interview Of Evidence Use (SIEU), and the Stages Of Implementation Completion (SIC) assessment. #### **Primary Source(s) for This Method** Palinkas, L.
