Wiki Version:
Raw NMR ILVA methyl-TROSY 1H-13C multiple quantum Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill (CPMG) relaxation dispersion data for EF-GC3 in the apo and FusB bound forms, measured at 950 MHz and 750 MHz at 30C with a CPMG relaxation delay of 24 ms. Sample conditions: 300ul 250 uM ILVA 1H-13C, uniformly 2H-12C labelled EF-GC3 (plus 375 uM non-isotopically enriched FusB for EF-GC3:FusB complex samples) in 20 mM TrisHCl, 300 mM NaCl, 1 mM DTT, 10 % D2O, pH 8.0 in a shigemi NMR tube. Data saved as raw R2eff vs field strength without fitting. Errors are calculated from repeated measurement of 2 data points.
