Description: Here we specify the analysis plan for the behavioral and function data. The current plan covers GLM analysis which will be done using FSL. Furthure analyses (such as connectivity and MVPA) will be decribed in a different segment. Functional MRI group analysis will be first conducted using permutation testing (specifically FSL's randomise). Acknowledging the fact that FSL FLAME1 group analysis algorithm provides valuable modeling of inter-subject variability which may help deal with outliers and big variances in participants' neural response; FLAME1 will be used as a second choice, in randomise will yield no results.
