Wiki Version:
There was a difference between the original and replication studies in terms of the age group tested, and the relationship length of participants. We conducted a series of exploratory analyses assessing whether there were main and interactive effects of age, age centered (centered around age 20, a proxy for the average age of college students), or relationship length in the primary analyses. We analyzed the data using age, age centered, and relationship length as separate predictor variables and conducted the analyses across each study of the replication data, and for the merged dataset (including all three replication studies) to provide more power. The data, syntax, and output are available for our exploratory analyses below.
