Wiki Version:
The individual responses underlying the graphs presented on the HHMI website can be found in the `nonaggregate_graph_data` folder. The two CSV files are the same data: * the `character_graph_data.csv` file includes the full text of each response option * the `numeric_graph_data.csv` file includes the numeric code for each response option. A data dictionary is provided for the full dataset, though we have not released all the variables we collected yet. The `aggregate_percent_data.csv` file includes the percentages for each response category for each variable and each funder group or respondent level. The data dictionary for the whole dataset can be used to get more information about the question wording for each `variable_name` and full text for the numeric `response` codes. Respondent group names were altered in the graphs for readability. The key below shows how the graph labels correspond to the `funder` variable in the data dictionary: * Investigators = hhmi * Janelia Group Leaders = janelia * Investigator Trainees = hhmitrainee * Janelia Trainee = janeliatrainee * Hanna Gray Fellow = hannagreyfellow
