Matlab analysis scripts and relevant data for manuscript titled *"Confidence at the limits of human nested cognition"* likely to be published in *The Neuroscience of Consciousness* soon. The folder contains the data and analysis for Figures 2-4 of the main manuscript and Supplementary Figures 2-5, and the filenames refer to the figure and subfigure (a-x). Most of the functional dependencies are stored in the functions folder. Some specialty software is missing - SPM was used to calculate model exceedence probabilities, for example - the user will need to download that code from the relevant source, or comment out the dependent line.
