Wiki Version:
Data are from van [Arensbergen *et al.* 2017][1] and were re-mapped to genome build hg38. Contains annotation of all promoters used in this experiment with the following columns: |name | description| |-------------|------------| |seqname | sequence name of the chromosome on which the promoter is found (hg38) | |start | start position of the transcript (hg38)|| |end | end position of the transcript (hg38)|| |strand | orientation of the transcript (hg38) || |gene_id | gencode v27 gene-id || |class | classification of promoter according lamina state of transcript and classification by GROcap and SuRE*| |log10_SuRE | log10 SuRE expression with pseudo count of 0.5 times minimum expression measured | |log10_GROcap | log10 GROcap expression with pseudo count of 0.5 times minimum expression measured |LRS | "lamina repression score" (LRS) is the deviation of the measured GRO-cap signal of promoters in LADs from the average GRO-cap signal of promoters in iLADs with a matching SuRE signal. |\*classes | description| |----------|------------| |iLAD | transcript in iLAD | |escaper | LRS > -0.5, SuRE > 0, GROcap > -2 | |repressed | LRS < -1, SuRE > 0.3, GROcap < -2 | |inactive | SuRE < -0.3, GROcap < -2 | |boundary | transcript in LAD, not falling within any of the above classifications | [1]: http://doi.org/10.1038/nbt.3754
