This is a representative survey, conducted with the help of a market research company Debaro GmbH in Munich, to find out the motivation for consenting to receiving a COVID19 vaccination. In addition to the reasons for consenting or rejecting the vaccination, information regarding potential side effects or health benefits is gathered, as well as items that help construct an "orthodoxy score".
