**Study Description Wellbeing in STEM Students** ***General Project Description***. The aim of this research is to identify whether emotional competence and a positive body image can contribute to improving psychological well-being among STEM students. ***The project has the following objectives*:** (1) To analyse whether students with more developed emotional competence have a higher level of psychological well-being; (2) To explore whether a positive body image contributes to better emotional well-being; (3) To examine the interaction between emotional competence and body appreciation: whether these two variables interact to influence psychological well-being. ***Methods and Design***. The study uses a quantitative design and applies validated questionnaires to assess emotional competence, body appreciation, and psychological well-being. Data is collected from a sample of STEM students and analysed using regression and correlation to identify relationships between the variables. ***Importance of the Research***. The results of this study could offer valuable insights for educational and psychological interventions, enhancing students' overall well-being, and may be useful in developing educational programs and psychological support services aimed at improving their academic performance.
