This project accompanies the manuscript "Motives and laterality: Exploring the links" by Schultheiss, Schwemmer, and Khalaidovski, which has been accepted for publication by *Adaptive Human Behavior & Physiology*. It contains the tasks, programmed in Inquisit 5, the data preprocessing syntax (SYSTAT 13), and the resulting data set and analyses described in the paper in JASP 13 (plus additional analyses and information not described in the paper). It also contains a preprint of the accepted paper. MotAct_Repl_data_preprocessing_SYSTAT_syntax.syc (uploaded as TXT file) generates, from original data files from each Inquisit module, PSE codings, and video ratings, the final data file MotAct_Rep_All_JASP.sav, which was used in all JASP analyses.
