In this repo is the code, input sequence files, output assemblies and annotations. Here is the draft genome sequence of Bradyrhizobium sp. USDA 3458 from Vigna unguiculata (Cowpea) strain. The draft genome of Bradyrhizobium sp. USDA 3458 is 9,006,849 bp with a G+C% of 63.75%, a N50 of 54,830 bp, and 8,379 predicted protein-coding genes. Strain 3458 forms a strong symbiosis with cowpea genotype IT82E-16, which is resistant to cowpea aphid (Aphis craccivora Koch).
