Wiki Version:
Here, you can find the data, the analysis scripts, the results, and a reproducible version of the manuscript. We recommend that you download all files. The results are saved as an html file (analyses.html), which you can open using your regular browser. To rerun the analyses, please make sure that you have installed the current version of R and RStudio. Please make sure that you've also installed all packages. You should then be able to rerun all analyses and recreate the manuscript. The folder "github" contains a link to our github repository, where you can find all files and a history of all analyses (not included during peer-review to guarantee anonymity).
