Wiki Version:
Data related to the publication "**Neurofunctional underpinnings of individual differences in visual episodic memory performance**". This repository contains individual data corresponding to the two analyses reported in the paper. # Individual covariates ID (anonimyzed subject ID), SEX, AGE_MAIN_VISIT (age at scanning), BATCH_FREE_REC (technical batch: change of room), BATCH_GRADIENT (technical batch: change of scanner gradient), BATCH_SOFTWARE (technical batch: update of scanner software version), MRI_ENCODING_medianFD (median FD over the encoding fMRI session), IAPS_SD_HIT (episodic memory performance). # Voxel-based maps of activation First-level maps for the following contrasts of interest, and their corresponding figures in the paper: - Fig. 2: subsequent memory effect; - Fig. 3: memorability-controlled subsequent memory effect; - Fig. 4: picture encoding, used to investigate brain-behavior relationship with episodic memory performance; - Fig. S6, S7: memorability effect; - Fig. S8: arousal-controlled subsequent memory effect. # Network-based maps and time courses Individual parameter estimates for the 60 independent components, together with the corresponding time courses.
