**ABSTRACT** **Introduction:** the COVID-19 pandemic brought many uncertainties to the world about its pathophysiology, but it is already known that some of the symptoms of the disease can remain in the person for some time, causing sequelae that compromise their well-being, physical, psychological and working. With the purpose of providing practical and objective guidance early on in the neurological rehabilitation process of the post-COVID-19 person in PHC, we seek to develop a care bundle, which consists of a set of nursing interventions. **General objective:** to validate a care bundle for the neurological rehabilitation of post-COVID-19 adults in the daily life of Primary Health Care (PHC). **Methodology:** this is a methodological study, which will be developed with professionals from the Family Health Strategy and Family Health Support Center of the APS in the city of Florianópolis/SC, between the months of December 2021 to February 2022. To obtain the data, a scoping review will first be carried out, in order to gather the information published on the subject. Then, a remote individual interview will be carried out, based on a semi-structured script, and then two Focus Groups will be held, whose objective is the construction and prior validation of a care bundle for the neurological rehabilitation of post-COVID-19 adults. in the daily life of APS. The first focus group will present the synthesis of qualitative data obtained during the remote individual interview stage and the synoptic framework of the scoping review, in order to start the discussion for the construction of the care bundle. In the second focus group, a proposal for a care bundle for the neurological rehabilitation of post-COVID-19 adults in the daily life of Primary Health Care will be presented, to be defined with the participants. Once built, the care bundle will be validated by experts on the subject using the Delphi technique, using the Likert scale to calculate the Content Verification Index (IVC). Data collection will start after knowledge of the institution and approval of the project by the Research Ethics Committee of the proposing Institution. **Expected results:** the development and validation of a care bundle for the neurological rehabilitation of post-COVID-19 people in the daily life of PHC is expected at the end of this research, in order to contribute to the quality of life of adults with post-COVID-19 sequelae. -COVID-19, as well as equipping PHC professionals for the early rehabilitation of these individuals, contributing to the social reintegration of these people. **Keywords**: Primary Health Care.
