This is where the code and the simulated the data exist for the paper "Estimating an individual-level index for HIV/HCV coinfected persons in Canada" For the code it should be run in a specific order and some files are there as dependencies for others. To run the code please have all code and data in their own folders. The first script that should be run generates the fake data. The second script that should be run is the importing script, followed by running the IRT model script and the viz of the IRT model script. This will give you all of the IRT outcomes. The file hierarchical stan model IRT is a dependency to the IRT model script. The next script to run is the univarite logistic regression script and the scripts for running logistic regressions in order to get the results for the regressions that the index were used for.
