<p>This OSF project contains the data and some of the codes of the manuscript "Meta-analytic modeling of the decline in performance of fungicides for managing soybean rust after a decade of use in Brazil". </p> <h2>Data</h2> <p>There are two datasets in <code>csv</code> format, one for each response variable: severity and yield. Use the data located in: <a href="https://osf.io/rp7nb/" rel="nofollow">https://osf.io/rp7nb/</a> for severity and in <a href="https://osf.io/tyr5v/" rel="nofollow">https://osf.io/tyr5v/</a> for yield.</p> <p>There are six selected variables in each dataset, including the disease and the yield variable. The five common variables are:</p> <ol> <li>trial: numeric. identifier for the trial</li> <li>severity: numeric. disease intensitiy variable (0 - 100)</li> <li>mse: numeric. mean square error for the trial</li> <li>active_ingredient: character. identifier for the fungicide</li> <li>year: numeric. Harvest year of the crop spray: numeric. Number of sprays for the treatment</li> </ol>
