This OSF project contains the data and some of the codes of the manuscript "Meta-analytic modeling of the decline in performance of fungicides for managing soybean rust after a decade of use in Brazil". ## Data There are two datasets in `csv` format, one for each response variable: severity and yield. Use the data located in: [https://osf.io/rp7nb/](https://osf.io/rp7nb/) for severity and in [https://osf.io/tyr5v/](https://osf.io/tyr5v/) for yield. There are six selected variables in each dataset, including the disease and the yield variable. The five common variables are: 1. trial: numeric. identifier for the trial 2. severity: numeric. disease intensitiy variable (0 - 100) 3. mse: numeric. mean square error for the trial 4. active_ingredient: character. identifier for the fungicide 5. year: numeric. Harvest year of the crop spray: numeric. Number of sprays for the treatment
