This component performs the analysis which is reported in the manuscript. The analysis code is contained in
analysis_script_1.R
. This files requires the prepared data contained in
dat_final.rda
.

As the computation of the mixed models and follow-up tests reported in the manuscript can be time consuming,
lmm_indiv.rda
contains those models. The analysis scripts tries to load the file, if it is not present, the computation is redone.

The analysis script also produces the three Figures given in the paper and also contained here:
dv_CgivenA_concessivs.png
,
dv_CgivenA_indicatives.png
, and
random_effects.png
.

The analysis given in the supplemental materials is contained in file
analysis_script-ADDITIONAL.R
which also produces the following results figures shown in the supplemental materials:
indiv_slopes.png
,
supp_dv_CgivenA_concessives_001.png
to
supp_dv_CgivenA_concessives_004.png
, and
supp_dv_CgivenA_indicatives_001.png
to
supp_dv_CgivenA_indicatives_004.png
.

Below is the session info showing which R and package versions were used in this analysis:

> sessionInfo() R version 3.2.1 (2015-06-18) Platform: x86_64-w64-mingw32/x64 (64-bit) Running under: Windows 7 x64 (build 7601) Service Pack 1 locale: [1] LC_COLLATE=German_Switzerland.1252 LC_CTYPE=German_Switzerland.1252 LC_MONETARY=German_Switzerland.1252 [4] LC_NUMERIC=C LC_TIME=German_Switzerland.1252 attached base packages: [1] stats graphics grDevices utils datasets methods base other attached packages: [1] multcomp_1.4-1 TH.data_1.0-6 survival_2.38-2 mvtnorm_1.0-3 afex_0.14-2 lsmeans_2.19 [7] estimability_1.1 reshape2_1.4.1 lme4_1.1-8 Matrix_1.2-1 psych_1.5.4 stringi_0.5-5 [13] devtools_1.8.0 loaded via a namespace (and not attached): [1] Rcpp_0.12.0 nloptr_1.0.4 git2r_0.10.1 plyr_1.8.3 tools_3.2.1 digest_0.6.8 [7] memoise_0.2.1 nlme_3.1-121 lattice_0.20-31 mgcv_1.8-6 rstudioapi_0.3.1 curl_0.9 [13] parallel_3.2.1 SparseM_1.6 coin_1.1-0 coda_0.17-1 stringr_1.0.0 xml2_0.1.1 [19] rversions_1.0.1 stats4_3.2.1 grid_3.2.1 nnet_7.3-10 minqa_1.2.4 car_2.0-26 [25] magrittr_1.5 modeltools_0.2-21 codetools_0.2-11 fortunes_1.5-2 MASS_7.3-41 splines_3.2.1 [31] pbkrtest_0.4-2 mnormt_1.5-3 quantreg_5.11 sandwich_2.3-3 zoo_1.7-12
