Description: This study investigated a 10-week guided internet-based intervention adapted from the Unified Protocol for mixed anxiety, depressive, and somatic symptom disorder. N=129 were randomized to treatment or waitlist. We assessed the treatment's effect on symptom distress, negative/positive affect, satisfaction with life as well as anxiety, depression, and somatic symptom burden. Additionally, treatment satisfaction, negative effects of treatment, and adherence (program usage) are reported.
