The GW4 Undergraduate Psychology Consortium was set up in 2016 as a collaboration between academics, early career researchers and students at the universities of Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and Exeter for final year dissertation projects. The aim is to pool resources and effort across universities so students can participate in high quality, well powered research, with an open science ethos. In 2019 the initiative was adopted by the UK Reproducibility Network (https://www.bristol.ac.uk/psychology/research/ukrn/) with the aim of expanding it's adoption as a model across the UK.
