### Soil reference data and diagnostic workflows This project provides **["FAIR data"][1]** for predicting management sensitive soil properties on the basis of various high throughput spectroscopy sensors spectrometry and remote sensing methods. The data focus on baselining reference soil properties related to potential human impacts on soil, in Africa. The prediction workflows provide examples of ensemble machine learning algorithms in R. This is a work in progress, which we will update frequently. The project is linked to a number of others on OSF that can be tracked. [1]: https://www.force11.org/group/fairgroup/fairprinciples
