Title manuscript: The public uptake of information about antibiotic resistance in the Netherlands.

Survey: The survey is designed by the four authors affiliated with Tilburg University and RIVM. The survey can be downloaded in section 'Files'.
Data collection: In week 20 and 21 of 2016, we used the services of Flycathcer (https://www.flycatcher.eu/en) to collect a representative sample of 2,000 Dutch respondents via a stratified sampling procedure on their web-panel members.
Data analyses: Michiel van Rijn and Peter Achterberg were responsible for the analyses of the data.
Writing: All four authors were responsible for writing the manuscript.
