Systematic Review Information

Summary
We will review existing ontologies that are relevant to physical activity. The review has two: first to identify existing ontologies and possible gaps in the literature, and second, to assess the quality of the existing literature with regards to reusability. These objectives consist of the following questions:
**Research Question 1:** What ontologies are used in the context of behavioral change regarding physical activity and sedentary behavior? 1) Identify ontologies that have been used in the context of behavioral change regarding physical activity and sedentary behavior, or that directly describe physical activity; and 2) Identify the domains of behavioral change covered by the previously identified ontologies. **Research Question 2:** What is the quality of the identified ontologies, especially with regards to reusability?
File Overview
In this project, all files concerning the systematic review on physical activity ontologies will be published. This includes the protocol (including search strategy and plan for data extraction) and the resulting paper.
Publication
A pre-print of this publication can be found within this osf project.
