Data for Zegeye et al., 2018. Manuscript in preparation. **The canonical source of this data is [DOI 10.25584/data.2019-02.700/1506698](https://doi.org/10.25584/data.2019-02.700/1506698). Please cite that DOI when using and sharing this data set.** Illumina MiSeq amplicon data for 16S and ITS sequence are in the two folders. Within each folder, there are different folders for different MiSeq runs. Each folder is named for the data it was run in the format `yymmdd`. For example `./16s/180215` is 2018 February 15th.
