Input files for TESS are the following: - Nykanen_Louis_Ttruncatus_all_individuals.txt This file is the input for the analysis of all samples, results are in Figure 2. - Nykanen_Louis_Ttruncatus_coastal_individuals.txt This file is the input for the analysis of coastal individuals, results are in Figure 3A. - Nykanen_Louis_Ttruncatus_EScotland_Wales_individuals.txt This file is the input for the analysis of individuals from east and west Scotland and Wales, results are in Figure 3B. - Nykanen_Louis_Ttruncatus_pelagic_individuals.txt This file is the input file for the analysis of pelagic individuals, results are in Appendix S5a and S5b. - Nykanen_Louis_Ttruncatus_coastal_individuals_nokin.txt This file is the input for the analysis of coastal individuals excluding one individual from each pair of individuals showing a relatedness coefficient equal to or larger than 0.45, results are in Appendix S6a and S6b. Population structure and diversity statistics The file Nykanen_Louis_Ttruncatus_all_individuals_all_populations.txt included the separation in 8 populations used for the population structure and diversity estimate statistics and migration rate estimates.
