Here, we provide Python code and data for preprocessing and statistical analysis that follow the workflow described in Mathôt, S., & Vilotijević, A. (in prep). Methods in Cognitive Pupillometry: Design, Preprocessing, and Statistical Analysis There are 2 data folders - data (first part) and data (second part). The first one consists of a single data file and is used for illustration of first set of preprocessing steps. The second one consists of 30 data files (collected for the separate study, see details here: https://osf.io/4nrgb/) and it is used for illustration of the final steps in the analysis script.
