Wiki Version:
This OSF project is to serve as a repository for the R script and data files used in our study examining the accuracy and reliability of visual-perceptual, percentage-based pharyngeal residue ratings, as seen during videofluoroscopic swallow studies (VFSS). To replicate the analysis and examples provided in the tutorial, follow the steps outlined below: Make sure you have the latest versions of R (https://www.r-project.org/) and RStudio (https://posit.co/download/rstudio-desktop/) downloaded on your computer Click on the 'OSF Storage' tab to access the materials in this project Click on 'download as zip' to download all of the materials Open the 'R script and data' folder that was just downloaded Click on the .Rproj folder to open the R project associated with this study. Then click on the .R script to run the analyses. Raw data files are available in CSV format in the 'data' folder.
