Wiki Version:
***Classroom Resources for Biochemistry*** The data, wikis, and files here are showing with the broader biochemical community of educators and students. As described in the [Applications of OSF to the classroom wiki page][1], I do projects and research in Biochemistry centered around the Open Science Framework. Some of the activities directly link to OSF and others reinforce content or ideas from my classroom. Please use and adapt for your own needs and then let me know how you use these materials! This website and the files will be updated and expanded as I learn more and develop more materials. Please let me know if you are interested in collaborating, find errors, or just want to discuss any of the activities. *** @[toc] ### Classroom fun! To see some of the exrcises that I do in my class take a look at the [Class Activities](https://osf.io/f2eua/). This includes the infamous Jolly Rancher kinetics exercise and other projects that we do in the class. ### Webapps I have created [web-based simulators and apps](https://osf.io/z67n9/) that students can use to visualize various aspects of chemistry and biochemistry. These apps are run on through Shinyapps.io and are R based. Feel free to try the apps on the web or run the R code locally and see if you like them. ### YASARA in the classroom YASARA is a molecular visualization program that allows students to see and interact with biomolecules. I have written a number of [YASARA-based movies](https://osf.io/fz8uy/) and a [student guide](https://ceberndsen.github.io/YASARA-guide/index.html). ### Examples I have presented aspects of this work with OSF and research at meetings or on campus. The posters can be found in the [Posters and Presentations](https://osf.io/5483r/) component. *** [1]: https://osf.io/5jxe3/wiki/Application%20of%20OSF%20to%20the%20classroom/
