The Federation for Education Hubs is a new initiative that seeks to create a world where Open Scholarship practices are easily and widely used in education research. To accomplish this, the Federation of Education hubs collaborates to: 1. Foster community within the education research field and across its many communities. 2. Coordinate finding, developing, and sharing resources to make it easy for individuals to: A. Use open scholarship practices themselves B. Introduce open scholarship practices to their disciplinary communities. 3. Ease access and reduce barriers to entry to: A. Using existing open scholarship tools and resources B. Tailoring tools and resources to the specific needs of education research communities In this unconference, we will discuss 3 facets of 3 topics. Topics 1. Community in Open Scholarship in Education 2. Resources in Open Scholarship in Education 3. Ease of Access and Use of Open Scholarship Resources in Education Facets 1. Current State 2. Desired State 3. Brainstorm Actions to Bridge Current State to Desired State
