Wiki Version:
The Weisse-Swain [[1]] model is described in WS_model_description.pdf. You will find there the different reactions that are constitutive of the model as well as the derivation of the rates and the values of the parameters. You will find as well a documentation about good pratices for building the WS model as well as a documentation about unit testing in Instruction2build_WS_model.pdf. The article with full supplementary information is available [here][1]. Versions of the model in SBML, Matlab, and in the Facile format [[2]] are available [here][2].
