There will also be a daily brief of progress, [9:00-10:30 am (Porto WEST time), 10-11:30 am (Paris CEST time)][4] via [WEBINAR link][5]. Brainstorming will take place on [SLACK][12]. Please encourage colleagues and collaborators to contribute remotely or follow via #EMOSE2017 on Twitter. **ACCOMMODATION** Accommodation for all participants has been reserved at the [Moov Hotel Porto Nortem][6] from Saturday/Sunday 9-10 September to 15-16 Friday/Saturday 2017, according with the Schedule of your flights. If you have asked for additional accommodation at the hotel, the confirmation will have been sent to you from Sílvia Miranda, Reservations Hotel Moov. You will be able to pay additional nights at the check in. The hotel is not located downtown but is a short distance away (200m) from a metro station (“Sete Bicas”). **TRAVELLING TO THE HOTEL** Upon your arrival, you will need to make your own way to the hotel: From the Airport you can reach the hotel by metro (Line E) from “Airport” station to “Sete Bicas” (You easily buy the ticket directly at the metro in the automatic machines, 1,55 €) from 6:13 am to 0:52 am, please have a look to the directions [here][7]. You can also take a taxi, it will be around 15-30 minutes and it will cost around 15-20 €. Please have a look to the directions [here][8]. **SHUTTLE SERVICE** There will be a shuttle service to collect you from outside the hotel each morning (@8:00 a.m first day 11th Sept - @8:15 am from the 2nd day) to bring you to CIIMAR, and to collect you from CIIMAR to take you to the restaurant for dinner and back to the hotel. We will contact directly the participants that will not stay at Moov Hotel to find the best way to reach CIIMAR every day. Full schuttle schedule [here][9] **HOSPITALITY** Breakfast will be served at the hotel each day. Lunch and two coffee breaks will be provided each day at CIIMAR. Dinners are also organized and offered by EMOSE between Monday 11th to Thursday 15th including 1 glass wine/beer each (one dinner will be served at CIIMAR and three dinners will be served outside CIIMAR). Participant’s family members are very welcome to join us for dinners at their own expenses (20€ per person per dinner). We will have a field trip (Douro River Cruise followed by a visit to Port Wine Cellars) on Wednesday 13 after lunch. Please confirm if you will join us for dinners, field trip and how many you are as well as if you have any food requirements in the spreadsheet available [here][10]. **FACILITIES** The workshop will take place at CIIMAR Building, level 3 - where we will have wireless and cable internet connections. We expect that you will use your own laptop and your own institute server for the analysis.
