Before the first day of the intervention a pre-test in the form of a questionnaire will be administered to the participants when they visit the psychiatric clinic which they will fill out in a temperature controlled environment (20°c). Following the pre-test, participants will start (or continue) to go to therapy once a week with sessions that are one hour long each. Participants will undergo therapy on their normally scheduled days. Normal interpersonal therapy will proceed as usual for all groups, however, for the two experimental conditions the temperature in the room is set to 25°c. For the control groups the room temperature is 20°c. After the 6th session is complete, one week later (week 7) a posttest is administrated to the all participants, which will be answered in a temperature controlled environment where the temperature is neutral (20°c).
