Wiki Version:
In the present study – Microbial community dynamics during a harmful *Chrysochromulina leadbeateri* bloom – we investigated spatial distribution and temporal succession dynamics of HAB related agent C. leadbeateri (prymnsiophyte) and associated prokaryotes and microeukaryotes in northern Norwegian coast in summer 2019. This data provides a baseline for gaining a better understanding of cold-water microbiome community dynamics during a destructive HAB. The materiales are provided by the Microalgae & Microbiomes Research Group (M2RG) at UiT – The Arctic University of Norway. All data, calculations and figure generation scripts linked to R markdown are found under the project files of Norwegian harmful algae bloom 2019.
