Parcellated, T2- and T1-weighted images in ten individuals that comprise the Melbourne Children's Regional Infant Brain (M-CRIB) 2.0 atlas. This atlas is described in [Alexander et al. (2019)][1]. This whole-brain volumetric parcellation comprises 94 regions altogether: 31 cortical regions per hemisphere that are consistent with those in the Desikan-Killiany-Tourville [(Klein & Tourville, 2012)][2] adult cortical atlas, as well as basal ganglia, thalamus, cerebellum, and other subcortical regions consistent with those automatically segmented in FreeSurfer. For neonatal parcellations with cortical regions compatible with the Desikan-Killiany (2006) adult cortical parcellation, please see our [original M-CRIB parcellations][3]. Subcortical updates from the original M-CRIB atlas [(Alexander et al., 2017)][4] protocol include the inclusion of 'ventral diencephalon', and removal of 'subcortical matter' labels. These updates have also been applied to the original M-CRIB atlas dataset. Basic demographic data for the M-CRIB sample are included in a csv file, including sex, gestational age at birth, and gestational age at scan. Raw and preprocessed T2 and T1 images are provided. These are the same images in the same participants as provided for the original M-CRIB atlas dataset. An ITK-format labels file is included. Soon to be added: FreeSurfer- and FSL-compatible lookup table files. ---------- Forthcoming will be our M-CRIB-WM neonatal parcellated white matter atlas [(Yao et al., bioRxiv)][5], and a combined dataset comprising the M-CRIB 2.0 whole brain atlas and the M-CRIB-WM white matter tracts and regions, available [here][6]. Also forthcoming will be the surface-based version of our M-CRIB atlases, the M-CRIB-S [(Adamson et al., Biorxiv)][7], available via GitHub [here][8].
