**Data and code for the project: Scene-selectivity in CA1/subicular complex: Multivoxel pattern analysis at 7T** Page still under construction. Project page includes links to code on GitHub (see GitHub readme for details) and anonymized project data. Due to ethical restrictions, relating to General Data Protection Regulation, public archiving of the raw study data is not allowed. Access to pseudo-anonymized data could be granted after signing and approval of data-transfer agreements. For this, readers should contact Dr Carl Hodgetts (carl.hodgetts@rhul.ac.uk) Raw data description: 23 participant datasets of structural and functional MRI scans. System: Siemens 7T Magnetom scanner; 32-channel head coil. Scans: Whole-head T1-weighted data - MPRAGE sequence (1 x 1 x 1 mm; TE = 2.82 ms; TR = 2200 ms; flip angle = 7°). BOLD data - T2*-weighted EPI sequence - 3 fMRI runs of 212 volumes (voxel size = 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 mm; slices = 30; TE = 25 ms, TR = 2000 ms; flip angle = 90°; partial FOV = 192 mm; partial Fourier = 6/8; parallel imaging with GRAPPA factor = 2; bandwidth = 1562 Hz/Px; echo spacing = 0.72 ms) - slices were oriented parallel to the hippocampal long axis (odd-even/interleaved order. A whole brain T2*-weighted EPI volume (identical image parameters to BOLD data). Field map - same slice orientation as functional (TE 1 = 4.08 ms; TE 2 = 5.1 ms; TR = 620 ms; FOV = 192 mm; flip angle = 39°). Two T2*-weighted structural images - opposite phase encoding directions (voxel size = 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.6 mm; slices = 44; TE = 25.7 ms; TR = 50 ms; partial Fourier = 6/8; FOV = 192 mm). Available data include: output values from stastical analyses on the hippocampal and whole-FOV searchlights; probabilistic hippocampal subfield ROIs; and thresholded (25%) hippocampal subfield ROIs. The ROIs are in MNI152 standard-space.
