In short, we replicated the finding of higher accuracy for the control problem compared to the standard version of the problem. We also replicated the finding that biased reasoners reported less confidence to the standard version of the problem compared to the control version. We were not able to replicate the finding for correct reasoners. That is, our data showed no difference in confidence between the conditions for these participants.
