The software for this project consists of selfmade R-code. It has been run on R Version 3.6.1 (https://cran.r-project.org/) in R-studio Version 1.2.1335 (https://www.rstudio.com/). To run it the file MCAMAnalysis.R and the two data set files should be saved in the same folder. After opening MCAMAnalysis.R in Rstudio, the working directory needs to be set to this folder. While running, the packages qgraph, fromattable and ppcor are automatically loaded and if necessary installed. Should you encounter problems, do not hesitate to contact nadja.bodner@kuleuven.be.
