Wiki Version:
The **scripts_EEG** component contains: * **data4spectra_2Hz.csv**: amplitude values (averaged across participants), extracted from an array of occipito-temporal electrodes, for each condition and sampled frequency, used to create Figure 2; * **data4spectra_6Hz.csv**: amplitude values (averaged across participants), extracted from an array of occipital electrodes, for each condition and sampled frequency, used to create Supplementary Figure 1; * **EmoSSR_scenes_plot_ssVEP.R**: *R* script used to create amplitude spectra and topographies included in Figure 2 and Supplementary Figure 1; * **EmoSSR_scenes_topos_2Hz.csv**: 2Hz amplitude values for each of the 64 electrodes, used to create the topography in Figure 2; * **EmoSSR_scenes_topos_6Hz.csv**: 6Hz amplitude values for each of the 64 electrodes, used to create the topography in Supplementary Figure 1; * **leipizig64_Christopher.locs**: EEGLAB 2-D polar coordinates channel locations file. Includes electrode number, theta, radius, and channel name (following the 10/20 system nomenclature); * **neighborfreq.m**: MATLAB script to calculate signal-to-noise ratio of 2 Hz and 6 Hz; * **scripts_EEG_preprocessing**: component containing MATLAB scripts for preprocessing of raw EEG data for amplitude, topographic, and source estimation analyses; * **scripts_EEG_topographic_analysis**: component containing MATLAB script for topographic analysis of ssVEP; * **scripts_EEG_source_estimation**: component containing MATLAB scripts for source estimation analysis of ssVEP; * **scripts_EEG_ssVEP**: component containing *R* script for analysis of amplitude values of ssVEP (6 Hz and 2 Hz).
