This [script](https://osf.io/ur3bz) merges a Webnucleo nuclide XML file and a reaction XML file to create a nuclear network XML file or a nuclear network file and a zone data file to create a libnucnet input file. To use, first download the file by typing **curl -o merge_xml.py -J -L https://osf.io/ur3bz/download** Then merge the nuclide file *nuc.xml* and the reaction file *reac.xml* to create the netowrk xml file *net.xml* by typing **python merge_xml.py nuc.xml reac.xml net.xml** Alternatively, merge the network file *net.xml* and the zone data file *zones.xml* to form the libnucnet input file *libnucnet.xml* by typing **python merge_xml.py net.xml zones.xml libnucnet.xml**
