# GLM betas
GLM betas of all subjects. See our [paper][1] for a detailed description of the acquisition parameters, experimental design, tasks, etc.
See `sub-**_beta_decription.csv` for beta-wise descriptions.
----------
Two sets of GLMs were set up for the different analyses types:
### GLMcond
For the standard mass-univariate analyses a model with one regressor per condition and run was specified.
### GLMtrial
For the linear predictive model and the functional correlation analysis a trial-wise model was specified that yields one beta per trial.
### Regressors per run
- attention: valid (val), invalid (inv), catch (cat) trial
- semantic: word, pseudoword
- social cognition: false belief (fb), true belief (tb)
- one per task for the rest period (REST)
- one per task for trials with wrong responses
- 12 motion related regressors (6 * aCompCor, 3 * translation, 3 * rotation), labelled R1 - R12
- framewise displacement regressors (fd > .9)
Some notes:
- See behavioral responses description for a description of the columns.
- **Run** translates to one EPI sequence (= one `.nii` file).
- Session translates to experimental session, meaning a consecutive stay in the scanner.
- **Four runs** were acquired per session (session 1: run 1-4 etc).
