The materials needed for this study are the following: a thermometer to measure the temperature in the room, a temperature regulator so the temperature can be increased or decreases in the room. A scale and measuring stick is needed to determine each women’s BMI. A questionnaire is necessary for the pre and post-test. The questionnaire is comprised of 30 questions, some that evaluate participant’s views and attitudes towards social contact with others and some that are empty questions for masking the aim of the study. The questions will be formulated in a way that the participants can rank their answers on a Likert scale. The pre-test measures their baseline sociability with others. The questionnaire will have reformulated questions in the post test compared to the pre-test.
