Wiki Version:
This webinar and the following workshops focused on Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) and how BIDS can be used to increase the sharing and interoperability of neuroimaging data. A detailed guide to BIDS can be found [here][1]. The webinar (held on 13 October, 2021) addressed the questions: What is BIDS? Why should you use it? How can you build it into your analysis pipeline. The webinar was followed by a series of hands-on sessions, designed to help researchers get started with using BIDS within the Characterisation Virtual Laboratory (CVL) using their AAF logins (Australian researchers only).
