Description: This site contains the model code and the modeled data for the analysis of peanut allergen dose-response. The modeling used Bayesian heirarchical modeling, using a variety of different models. In addition, sensitivity analyses were conducted with various subsets of the data (by sex and age), and a back-one down analysis was conducted to account for severe responses at the LOAEL. The associated manuscript has been submitted for publication and will be referenced when accepted.
