Wiki Version:
This OSF project provides all files necessary to reproduce the analyses presented in the MPT tutorial. Each folder corresponds to the specific section of the tutorial paper. To download all files at once, click on the tab 'OSF Storage' and select 'Download as zip'. **Software Requirements** To run the examples from Section 1.05 to 1.10, you need to install the **multiTree** version appropriate for your platform which is freely available at https://www.sowi.uni-mannheim.de/erdfelder/forschung/software/multitree/. To run the examples from Section 2.03 to 2.05, you need to use the **R package TreeBUGS**. R is freely available at https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/ (Windows) or either https://cran.r-project.org/bin/macosx/ (macOS). Furthermore, the free version of **RStudio** should be installed https://www.rstudio.com/products/rstudio/download/#download. To fit a latent-class MPT model as illustrated in Section 2.04, the free software **HMMTree** is available at http://methexp.uni-koeln.de/de/research/hmmtree/. Details about the software packages can be found in the publications by Moshagen (2010), Heck et al. (2018) and Stahl and Klauer (2007), respectively.
