The following body measurements will be collected: - **Weight**. Measured by a standard scale; participants will be asked to empty their pockets and take off shoes and excess clothing, such as coats. - **Height**,. Measured by a stadiometer; participants will be asked to stand up tall with their feet together and heels touching the wall. - **Shoulder circumference**, as measured around the widest part of the shoulders. - **Waist circumference**. Measured around the narrowest part of the waist; if narrowest part of waist cannot be identified, umbilical circumference will be recorded instead. - **Hip circumference**. Measured around the widest part of the hips. - **Biceps circumference**. Measured around the largest part of the biceps of the participant's dominant arm. - **Hand grip strength**. Measured by a Takei T.K.K. 5001 analogue dynamometer - Grip strength will be measured standing - Participants will be instructed to stand with feet hip-width apart and toes pointing forward, knees comfortable but not bent, shoulders back and chest up, head level and eyes straight. - They will be asked to have the fully extended at one side, with the elbow straight, the wrist not flexed or extended, and the palm facing the leg, without hand nor dynamometer touching the body. - Measurements will be taken three times on the left and the right side; the highest readings from each side will be averaged.
