The files hosted at https://github.com/LCoboSanchez/Escoural-Leporids are the development versions and may have changed since the report was published ### Author of this repository Lucia Cobo-Sánchez (<lcsanchez@ualg.pt>) ### Overview of the repository This repository is our research compendium for our analysis. The compendium contains all data, code, and supplementary information associated with the publication. The .R files in the `analysis/scripts/` directory contain details of how all the analyses reported in the paper were conducted, as well as instructions on how to rerun the analysis to reproduce the results. The `data/` directory in the `analysis/` directory contains all the raw data. ### The R package You can download the compendium as a zip from from this URL: <https://github.com/LCoboSanchez/Escoural-Leporids/archive/master.zip> This repository is organized as an R package using rrtools by Ben Marwick, which can be installed from github with: ```{r gh-installation, eval = FALSE} # install.packages("devtools") devtools::install_github("benmarwick/rrtools") ``` There are no actual R functions in this package - all the R code is in the `analysis/scripts` folder. To download the package source as you see it on GitHub, for offline browsing, use this line at the shell prompt (assuming you have Git installed on your computer): ```{r eval=FALSE} git clone https://github.com/LCoboSanchez/Escoural-Leporids.git ``` Once the download is complete, open the `GES_leporids.Rproj` in RStudio to begin working with the package and compendium files. ### Licenses **Text and figures :** [CC-BY-4.0](http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) **Code :** MIT http://opensource.org/licenses/MIT year: 2018, copyright holder: Lucía Cobo-Sánchez **Data :** [CC-0](http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/) attribution requested in reuse ### Contact: Lucía Cobo-Sánchez, Researcher ICArEHB University of Algarve, Campus de Gambelas 8005-139 Faro PORTUGAL email: lcsanchez@ualg.pt website: https://www.icarehb.com/lcobo-sanchez/
