Download the zip file. 2. Unzip the zip file in a suitable folder. 3. Open "ms_posture_emotion_v3.Rmd" in RStudio. 4. Set your working directory by "setwd" function. 5. Knit it. Following these steps will generate the manuscript file as a pdf file along with the analysis results. If the file generation fails, please try the following: - Install or update R packages. - Update TeX in your environment. Note that generating the file will take some time.
