Download the zip file. 2. Unzip the zip file in a suitable folder. 3. Open "ms_posture_emotion_v1.Rmd" in RStudio. 4. Set your working directory by "setwd" function. 5. Knit it. Following these steps will generate the manuscript file as a pdf file along with the analysis results. If the file generation fails, please try the following: - Install or update R packages. - Update TeX in your environment. If you want to show the analysis results of the raw data as well, please uncomment the section at the bottom of the rmd file and then knit it. Note that generating the file will take some time.
